100 HOUR AYURVEDA AND THERAPEUTIC YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
WITH DR. SUJATHA KEKADA AND LINDA MADANI
Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences promoting health by fine-tuning the delicate balance between body, mind and spirit.
Ayurveda teaches us how to attain optimal health and provide an adequate supply of energy to pursue our yogic journey while Yoga teaches us to achieve self-balance through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, pratyahara, dhyana and samadhi.
Both sciences teach us to cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness.
In this training, you will learn the foundation of Ayurveda and practical tools to apply in your life to improve your health and vitality, as well as fundamental therapeutic aspects of yoga as it is related to the vast body of Ayurvedic knowledge.
At the end of this training, you will be able to register your 100-hour diploma with Yoga Alliance for continuing your education as a yoga teacher.
This training has residential single and twin-share accommodations and non-residential options.
Breakfast and lunch included in both residential and non-residential options.
At the end of this training, you can register with Yoga Alliance and add the 100 RYT to your other previous or future hours recognized by Yoga Alliance.
