6 – 30 April 2023

Become a fully qualified and Yoga Alliance recognised Yoga Teacher in our 25 days Yoga Master Program in Bali: Yoga Pranala TTC200. Our wish is to guide, inspire and give you the opportunity of self-discovery and healing through the ancient practice of yoga. Our passion and purpose is to give you more than just a certification. We are excited to share a transformational journey together in a beautiful sacred location, practicing and embodying yoga Pranala that have the potential to awaken your inner voice as a teacher.

Yoga Pranala is our signature program that uniquely combines two spiritual traditions – the ancient Yoga system from India as well as indigenous Balinese practices. The Pranala practise primarily aims to balance the masculine and feminine energy flow in your body,  in order to centre yourself, clear energy blockages and experience increasingly more mental clarity, relaxation and inner harmony. Allowing you to heal yourself first, before you heal others.

Our Yoga Pranala Teacher Training will take you through activation ceremonies – a sacred marriage of the feminine and masculine aspects within you that will support the awakening of your authentic inner power to be the truest version of yourself.

Experience inner and outer alignment, and energetic flow from within.
May this process inspire you and your evolutionary life journey!

Yoga Pranala:
Its profound, delightful and
enriching Background

Yoga Pranala is a harmonious blend of Vinyasa Flow (inspired by several yoga schools including the Sri T. Krishnamacharya’s lineage, Bihar School of Yoga and Hatha Yoga), Mudra Pranala (indigenous Balinese healing art focuses on balancing the alignment of our energy transmitted by Balinese shaman Tjokorda Rai), pranayama (breathing), Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and meditation for self-healing.
