You should expect to have your life transformed at the deepest most beautiful level that suits you. I’ll reveal how and why further down this page. The combination of in class, contact hours together with out-of-class non-contact hours (pre-requisite reading and book reports) meet the required 200 hours. Have you ever felt part of your life’s mission was to help to transform other peoples lives?
Have you had an endless calling inside you to undergo a life transforming inner journey through the powerful practice of yoga?
Have you ever wanted to become a true authentic yoga teacher, but lacked confidence to actually do it?
Do you get that feeling that your yoga practice is more important than your day job?
Do you desire to broaden your knowledge base of ancient yoga?
Do you feel now is the time to make your visions a reality to become a yoga teacher?
Becoming a yoga teacher came to me unexpectedly. Although I was already a yoga practitioner it had never crossed my mind that someday I would become a teacher. One day a friend of mine won a scholarship to become a yoga instructor. It was at this point that I knew it was what I needed to do next. I always knew that my mission in life was to help other people. Although it was a strong calling, somehow at the beginning, I was afraid. Yet, it was the most natural thing for me. All my life I was at service but something was missing. I had no boundaries and people took advantage of me. It’s only when I understood that being at service didn’t mean being a servant that I could be a true healer. When I understood this: doors opened in front of me and my direction in life became very clear. I’m on a spiritual path. I don’t pretend to be ahead. There is no order of things on the path. We are each other’s teachers. My students are my teachers. They help me to go further on my path. Having said that, through the years, I feel that I have made my way to a very comfortable place, a place where I love being me, a place where I am in love with myself.Read More...

It has been an honour and a privilege to have had an incredible yoga journey with Linda, Anouk and the team. Such a wealth of knowledge and experience. It has been a transformation that I will take with me beyond this moment and off the yoga mat into my future. The divine within me bows to the divine within you with the utmost respect and gratitude. Namaste.
I found the teacher training program to be extremely well organized. The teachers were the best so far I have known.
I found the TT to be very well organized. The whole team was excellent. I learned an incredible amount of both from a technical side, but also the history and other components of yoga Would recommend this program to everyone who is looking for an enriching training.
The quality of the teacher training of Yoga Pranala Intensive is exceptional. All four teachers are very professional, dedicated and very good communicators. The set and maintain a high standard and are devoted to their craft.

Absolutely amazing experience. I learned so much more than I ever expected.
Personally, I felt that the Intuitive Flow Teacher Training program was a truly comprehensive foundation course which left me feeling empowered to not only teach, but to continue self-study in the confidence that I have mastered the basics and have all the tools I need to continue to grow as a teacher.
